I have always loved the Book of Mormon but it wasnt until I became a representative of Jesus Christ that I fully understood it! One of my favorite verses in the whole book is 1 Nephi 1:20
"Wherefore, my beloved brethren, pray unto the Father with all the energy of heart, that ye may be filled with this love, which he hath bestowed upon all who are true followers of his Son, Jesus Christ; that ye may become the sons of God; that when he shall appear we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is; that we may have this hope; that we may be purified even as he is pure. Amen."
Right before I left on my mission, I was kind of doubting wondering if I was really ready to serve and I decided to pray and ask if I was! A few minutes after my prayer, a friend sent me a text that said that I should listen to a talk called "You know enough" by Elder Anderson! This talk answered every single doubt I was having! I know that God hears and answers our prayers!
