One of the scriptures that stood out to me is 2 Nephi 11:7 “For if there be no Christ there be no God; and if there be no God we are not, for there could have been no creation. But there is a God, and he is Christ, and he cometh in the fulness of his own time.” This scripture tells me that we’re the living proof that God exist and that he’ll always be there for us whenever we need him.
Sometimes in difficult times of our lives our faith might dwindle but this scripture reminds me that there is a Christ and he comes when he decides it is the right time. I feel hardships in our lives are important to help us grow and be perfect like God. There are times when we are going through hardships and we might think that Christ is late to the rescue but maybe he is not late and wants us to push through and experience that so that we can grow and learn from those experiences. We may have righteous and correct desires, but our timing might not be aligned with him. I know and can testify that God lives and loves us all.
